The Trading Bird and Gypsy Gem have an extensive collection of Native American arts and jewelry. We represent Native American Artists from Santo Domingo Pueblo, Jemez Pueblo, Cochiti Pueblo, Acoma Pueblo,. Hopi Pueblo, Zuni Pueblo, and the Dine' (Navajo) people. We offer heishi bead necklaces, overlay shells, tufa cast silver, inlay jewelry, and Kachina dolls. Native American jewelry is often made of Cerrillos Turquoise, coral, mother of pearl, jet, and a large array of other semi precious stones.
Captivating traditional style thunderbird bolo tie by Kewa artist Kalem Aguilar from Santo Domingo Pueblo. The thunderbird bolo features turquoise, jet, pipestone, mother of pearl, and abolone - all of which have been overlaid onto a carved vinyl record - and measures 3 1/8” in length by 3 1/8” in width; additionally, the bolo, including the tips hangs 42” in length or 21” on either side.
